When does the early bird pricing for Retreat Registration end?

The early bird pricing ends on March 6th, 2024.

When will we get a confirmation for our payment?

We will confirm your payment within 5 business days of receipt.

What is the last date to register for the retreat?

Registration window will close at 12 midnight on May 24, 2024.

When is the last date to cancel my registration if my plans change?

Last date to cancel your registration with a full refund is April 15, 2024.

Registrations canceled after April 15, 2024 and before Jun 15, 2024 will incur a contingency hold of $300.

Cancellations after Jun 15, 2024 are non-refundable.

When will we know our hotel assignments?

Hotel assignments will be finalized once the registration window closes.

How is our hotel allocated?

Your hotel allocation depends on the type of package selected and the order of payment within each package. Platinum, Diamond, and Gold packages come guaranteed with rooms at the Eagle Crest Resort. Please note that you get in the queue for hotel allocation only after we receive your payment. It's the Order of Payment and not the Order of Registration that gets factored in.
